If you need to track the status of a shipment that has already left Manifest's warehouse, this article explains how.
If you need to check the status of a shipped order, you can access tracking information directly through your ShipHero customer portal.
To find tracking information:
Log into your ShipHero customer portal at shipsfor.us. Go to Orders and search for the order. Click into the order to open its details — the tracking number will be displayed there. Click the tracking number to be routed to the carrier's tracking page for real-time status updates.
If tracking shows no updates yet:
This is normal in the first 1–2 business days after shipment. Carriers do not scan packages at Manifest's facility at pickup — the first tracking event is recorded when the package arrives at the carrier's origin or sort facility, which typically takes 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand this can occasionally take longer.
If you have confirmed the order was shipped in ShipHero but tracking shows no movement after 2 business days, this is worth monitoring but does not yet indicate a problem.
If tracking has shown no updates for 15 or more days:
An order with no tracking movement for 15 or more days may be lost in transit. If this is the case, you may be eligible to file a carrier claim for reimbursement, depending on the carrier and service used to ship the order. See How to File a Shipping Claim for eligibility details and next steps.
