All inbound deliveries to Manifest require a scheduled appointment through OpenDock before arriving at the warehouse. Deliveries without a scheduled appointment are non-compliant and subject to a $250 fee and additional processing time.
Before you schedule:
You must create your PO in ShipHero first. The ShipHero Shipping Plan/PO ID is required when booking in OpenDock. If you have not yet created your PO, see How to Create an Inbound PO in ShipHero before proceeding.

Receiving hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am–12:00pm CT and 1:00pm–4:00pm CT. Observed holidays are excluded. Floor-loaded container deliveries during May through September must arrive before 10:00am CT.
To schedule your appointment in OpenDock:
All appointments must be scheduled two business days in advance or more. Go to OpenDock and log in or create an account. Select Manifest's San Marcos location. Choose your load type from the following options: 45' High Cube Container (240 min) – Inbound, Floor Loaded 20' Container (240 min) – Inbound, Floor Loaded 40' Container (240 min) – Inbound, FTL (240 min) – Inbound. Select an available date and time within receiving hours. In the Reference Number field, enter your ShipHero Shipping Plan/PO ID. In the Merchant/Vendor field, enter your brand name. Confirm and submit the appointment.
