All inbound deliveries to Manifest require a scheduled appointment through OpenDock before arriving at the warehouse. Deliveries without a scheduled appointment are non-compliant and subject to a $250 fee and additional processing time.
Before you schedule:
You must create your PO in ShipHero first. The ShipHero Shipping Plan/PO ID is required when booking in OpenDock. If you have not yet created your PO, see How to Create an Inbound PO in ShipHero before proceeding.

Receiving hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am–12:00pm CT and 1:00pm–4:00pm CT. Observed holidays are excluded. Floor-loaded container deliveries during May through September must arrive before 10:00am CT.
To schedule your appointment in OpenDock:
Go to OpenDock and log in or create an account. Select Manifest's San Marcos location. Choose your load type from the following options: 45' High Cube Container (240 min) – Inbound, Floor Loaded 20' Container (240 min) – Inbound, Floor Loaded 40' Container (240 min) – Inbound, FTL (240 min) – Inbound. Select an available date and time within receiving hours. In the Reference Number field, enter your ShipHero Shipping Plan/PO ID. In the Merchant/Vendor field, enter your brand name. Confirm and submit the appointment.
