At Manifest, we use Two Boxes to process all Returns and Return-to-Sender (RTS) shipments. Two Boxes is a post-returns processing platform that helps us streamline and standardize how your returns are inspected, graded, and restocked in our warehouse. It improves operational efficiency, reduces training time, and gives both our team and your brand clear visibility into return quality and performance.
To get started, we’ll need your help with the following steps:
1. Install the Two Boxes Shopify App
If you're using Shopify, installing the Two Boxes App allows us to sync your product catalog with our returns system. This is essential for setting up your Returns SOP. It enables features like:
- Assigning products to inspection rules
- Printing SKU, UPC, and product names on labels
- Displaying product images for our warehouse team
No worries if you aren't using Shopify! We can add your products via an upload.
2. RMA Provider Information
If you use an RMA platform (e.g. Loop, Happy Returns, etc.), we’ll need to connect it to Two Boxes to ensure a seamless workflow. To complete this, we'll need to know which RMA provider you use (if any). Follow the integration steps specific to your platform:
Aftership
Happy Returns
Loop
Frate
Swap
Narvar
Redo
ParcelLab
PostCo
If you’re not using an RMA provider and will process returns directly through Two Boxes, you can skip this step.
3. User Access
We want to ensure your team has access to the Two Boxes Reporting and Dashboards. We will ask for you to provide a list of names and email addresses for anyone on your team who needs access.
4. Existing Returns SOPs
Please provide us with your QC SOP for all returns and how details on how If you already have a returns SOP, we want to incorporate your existing practices into our process to keep things aligned. Send us any existing returns SOP documents.
5. Refund Automation Preferences (Optional)
If you'd like to delay refunds until a return is inspected in the warehouse, Two Boxes can automate this for you. We’ll configure refund rules based on product disposition.
Note: The "flag" option is only available if you’re using Loop.
6. Product Label Requirements (Optional)
Two Boxes can print product labels for each inspected unit, which helps with restocking and inventory control.
- Provide an example image of your preferred label design
- Provide the label dimensions (e.g., 2” x 1”, 4” x 6”, etc.)
