You, or the forwarder, must book a valid outbound appointment through OpenDock to schedule pickup.
- The OpenDock appointment must include**:
- Your (brand) name
- The order number (as it appears in ShipHero)
- An attached copy of the BOL
**If the OpenDock appointment does not include the information required, we may not be able to accurately identify the proper outbound shipment to send with a freight forwarder and reserve the right to turn a pickup away.
