If you need to identify which SKUs are out of stock or have units on backorder, you can find this directly on the Products page in your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us.
How to view backordered SKUs:
Log into your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us and click Products in the left-hand navigation. Click the Backorder tab at the top of the Products page to filter the list to only SKUs with no on-hand inventory. This view shows every SKU that has been sold but cannot currently be fulfilled due to zero stock.
How to read inventory levels in the product table:
The default All tab shows your full catalog. Each row displays the key inventory counts for that SKU. To understand how many units are backordered for a specific SKU, look at three columns together: On Hand shows units physically in the warehouse, Allocated shows units assigned to open orders, and Available shows On Hand minus Allocations. If Allocated exceeds On Hand the difference appears as a Backorder count — units that are sold but not yet in stock to ship.
Example: 25 units On Hand, 22 Allocated, 3 Available, 77 on Backorder means there are 77 units across open orders that cannot ship until new inventory arrives.
Tips for navigating the Products page:
You can change the number of rows displayed from 20 up to 50. Click any column header with an arrow to sort by that column — for example click Product Name to sort alphabetically. Use the search bar to find a specific SKU directly.
