Product Page Terms
The product tab can be accessed HERE.
- All: List of SKUs imported to the Portal from your store.
- Needs Reorder : List of SKUs that should be reordered when the SKU reaches the Reorder Level.
- Expected: List of SKUs included in a shipping plan waiting to arrive at the 3PL warehouse.
- In Transit: Lists the number of items for each SKU that are in transit to the 3PL's warehouse.
- Returned: List of SKUs that are part of a replacement order and returned back to the 3PL warehouse.
- In Stock: List of SKUs that are in stock at the 3PL warehouse.
- Backorder: List of SKUs that are not in stock at the 3PL warehouse.
Inventory Terms
- Product Name: Typically used as a readable reference for each product.
- SKU (aka Stock Keeping Unit): This is a unique identification code given to each product in your inventory. ShipHero will generate an SKU if none exists based on the product ID found in the sales channel that it exists within.
- Barcode Value: This is a unique identification value physically on each product in your inventory. ShipHero will generate a Barcode Value if none exists based on the product ID found in the sales channel that it exists within.
- Allocated: The total number of units allocated to pending order that are no longer available to sell.
- On Hand: The total count of an SKU physically in the warehouse.
- Available: The number of available stock for any given SKU that is pushed to any connected sales channel. This is On Hand plus any additional Sell Ahead minus any allocations to open orders. In other words, On Hand + Sell Ahead - Allocations = Available.
- Backorder: This is the count of how many units are Allocated to orders to open orders that DO NOT have On Hand in inventory.
- Return Note: Notes by products for how the items should be returned.
- In Transit: The total count of an SKU that has been ordered from a vendor (also referred to as a supplier).
- Pending Return: The total count of an SKU that is pending from created RMAs.
