Product tab filters:
All: every SKU imported to ShipHero from your connected store. Needs Reorder: SKUs that have reached or fallen below their configured reorder level. Expected: SKUs included in a shipping plan that has not yet arrived at Manifest's warehouse. In Transit: SKUs currently in transit to Manifest's warehouse. Returned: SKUs that have been returned to Manifest's warehouse. In Stock: SKUs currently in stock at Manifest's warehouse. Backorder: SKUs with zero on-hand inventory at Manifest's warehouse.
Inventory level terms:
Product Name: a human-readable label for the product used as a reference.
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): a unique identification code for each product. If no SKU exists ShipHero will generate one automatically based on the product ID from your sales channel.
Barcode Value: the unique identification value physically printed on the product. If no barcode value exists ShipHero will generate one based on the product ID from your sales channel.
Allocated: the total number of units assigned to open orders that are no longer available to sell.
On Hand: the total number of units of a SKU physically present in Manifest's warehouse.
Available: the number of units available to sell across connected sales channels. Calculated as On Hand + Sell Ahead − Allocations. This is the number pushed to your storefront as sellable inventory.
Backorder: the number of units allocated to open orders that do not have corresponding On Hand inventory — in other words, units that have been sold but are not yet in stock to fulfill.
In Transit: the total number of units of a SKU ordered from a vendor and currently in transit to the warehouse.
Pending Return: the total number of units pending from open RMAs that have not yet been received back at the warehouse.
Return Note: any product-level notes specifying how returned units of that SKU should be handled.
