Our system has the ability to rate-shop (and find the lowest available rate) based on what’s chosen in your storefront and what’s configured for that chosen option within our system. You can view the pre-built shipping options we have enabled for rate shopping here.
For example, if your standard shipping option in your cart is mapped to DHL, USPS, and FedEx services, the system will “rate shop” to find the lowest rate among all of those services.
We invoice you based on the carrier and service selected by ShipHero at time of label generation for each order, whether chosen manually or through the rate-shopping logic described above.
