Any products from your store that do not require physical fulfillment must be marked as "digital" or "auto-fulfill" in ShipHero.
Digital products may include: digital gift cards, PDFs you're emailing with their order confirming, or package protection or insurance.
Please contact your account manager with the SKU(s) you need to mark digital and we will set it up on the backend!
