To connect your store to the Portal, you’ll need your Store Hash. Once you have your Store Hash, enter it into the Bigcommerce connection form and press the Connect My Bigcommerce Store button.
Where do I find my Store Hash?
Follow the steps below to find your Store Hash in BigCommerce
- Log in to your BigCommerce admin panel
- Go to this URL: https://manage.bigcommerce.com/account/stores/
- Scroll to the Details section and look for the Permanent Address.
- The Store Hash will be the value after https://store- and before .mybigcommerce.com
