Beginning this week, we begin work to add physical infrastructure within the warehouse to streamline processes, accommodate additional volume, and house additional inventory ahead of and for peak season.
Our growth is a function of your growth. Thank you for entrusting your brands’ operations to us and for fueling our growth.
The work described above requires considerable re-positioning of existing infrastructure to accommodate the growth.
We are running additional shifts over the weekends to help facilitate this work and to ensure that we continue operating during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
We anticipate we will complete the installation by Friday, August 29 and finish the project entirely by Friday, September 10.
Impact
Manifest will remain open throughout the duration of this expansion project.
Effective immediately, Manifest is extending Inbound Receiving service level agreements (SLAs) by 2 business days starting today, which will last through Friday, September 10, 2025:
- Compliant POs: 3 business days > 5 business days
- Non-Compliant POs: remain as TBD upon inspection of ASN following arrival
Example:
A PO that arrives on a Monday (Day 0) will be put away by the following Monday (Day 5).
