You can add items to an order directly in your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us, as long as the order has not yet been picked. Once an order has been picked it cannot be edited.
Before you start: Confirm the item you want to add has available inventory in ShipHero. Adding an item that is not in stock will prevent the order from being ready to ship.
Steps:
Log into your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us. Click Orders in the left-hand navigation and search for the order. Click into the order to open its details. Click the Add Items button at the top of the order. Search for the SKU you want to add. Check the checkbox on the left side of the SKU to select it, then click the blue Add Items button. The item will be added with a default quantity of one. Click the quantity field to edit the number of units needed and press Enter to confirm. Click off the search bar to complete the action.
Verify: Confirm the new item appears on the order with the correct quantity before navigating away.
