You can remove or reduce items on an order directly in your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us, as long as the order has not yet been picked. Once an order has been picked it cannot be edited.
Steps:
Log into your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us. Click Orders in the left-hand navigation and search for the order. Click into the order to open its details. Find the item you want to remove or reduce in the order line items. Under the Quantity to Ship column, click the quantity field and change it to the number you need. To fully remove the item from the order, set the quantity to zero. Click off the field to save — no additional save button is required.
Verify: Confirm the updated quantity or zero value appears correctly on the order before navigating away.
