If a D2C order hasn't shipped, you can check its status and the reason it hasn't shipped directly in your ShipHero portal without contacting Manifest.
D2C orders imported before 12:00pm CT are fulfilled same business day. Orders imported after 12:00pm CT are fulfilled the next business day. For full SLA details see Manifest SLAs & Turnaround Times.
How to check order status:
Log into your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us. Click Orders in the left-hand navigation. The default view when you log in shows On Hold orders — these are orders that cannot currently ship. Click into any order to see its status at the top of the order detail page along with a specific explanation of why it is not ready to ship.
The Orders page has five tabs: On Hold, Ready to Ship, Not Ready to Ship, Backordered, and Shipped.
To find a specific order, search by order number in the search bar at the top of the Orders page. If the order does not appear in the search results, check that your filters and date range are set broadly enough — orders outside the default date range will not appear until the range is expanded.
What the statuses mean:
On Hold orders cannot ship and require action before proceeding. The hold type is displayed on the order detail page — each hold type has a different resolution path. For a full explanation of hold types and how to resolve them see How to Manage Order Holds.
Not Ready to Ship orders are in the fulfillment queue but are blocked from shipping due to a specific issue. Clicking into the order will display the reason — the most common reasons are that one or more SKUs are not fully allocated due to insufficient inventory, or that partial fulfillment is turned off and at least one item is out of stock. If inventory is the issue, check your stock levels and either send a replenishment PO or enable partial fulfillment on the order if appropriate.
Backordered orders contain one or more items that are out of stock and cannot be fulfilled until inventory is received. These will ship automatically once the relevant inventory arrives and is received at the warehouse.
Ready to Ship orders are in the queue and will be fulfilled within Manifest's standard SLA. No action is required.
If the order status is not explained clearly or you need further assistance, contact Manifest's account managers and include the order number and a screenshot of the status message.
If the order is short on inventory and you want to ship available items immediately rather than waiting for full stock, see How Does the Allow Partial Feature Work?
