The Orders page in your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us displays all orders imported from your store and their current fulfillment status. Understanding what each status means will help you identify why an order hasn't shipped and what action, if any, is needed.
How to access the Orders page:
Log into your ShipHero portal at shipsfor.us and click Orders in the left-hand navigation. The default view when you log in shows On Hold orders. To see all orders, click the All tab.
Order status tabs:
All: shows every order imported from your store regardless of status.
On Hold: orders that cannot ship until the hold is resolved. Hold types include fraud, billing, address, client, and operator holds. The hold type is displayed on the order detail page. For a full explanation of each hold type and how to resolve it see How to Manage Order Holds.
Ready to Ship: inventory is in stock and the order is queued for fulfillment within Manifest's standard SLA. No action required.
Not Ready to Ship: the order cannot ship due to insufficient inventory or an active hold. Click into the order to see the specific reason. For full troubleshooting see Why Hasn't My D2C Order Shipped Yet?
Backordered: one or more items in the order are out of stock. The order will ship automatically once replenishment inventory is received and processed at the warehouse.
Shipped: orders that have been fulfilled and shipped from Manifest's warehouse.
Search and filter options:
To find a specific order, use the search bar at the top of the Orders page and search by order number, first name, or last name. If the order does not appear, expand the date range filter — ShipHero defaults to the current week.
Additional filters available: Created Date (search within a specific date range), Status (filter by Ready, Not Ready, On Hold, Shipped, or Cancelled), Shipping Carrier (filter by carrier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS), Store (filter by sales channel such as Shopify or Manual Order), Tags (filter by order tags), Country (filter by destination country).
If your order status indicates a problem, see Why Hasn't My D2C Order Shipped Yet? or Why Hasn't My B2B Order Shipped Yet? for troubleshooting steps.
